🚚 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Any delays will be clearly communicated on the product page.
📍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our store. If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, feel free to contact us — we're happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
❗️Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, we recommend first checking your tracking number and then contacting the shipping carrier.
🧭 Wrong Address or Shipping Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need help updating your address before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at a.simpson@digammasolutions.com.
📮 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at a.simpson@digammasolutions.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
